Configurator that allows you to customize your Cayenne EV key
This is a little interesting.
Among the configurators for the new Porsche Cayenne Electric announced recently, there is also a "configurator for the Cayenne EV key."

In the key configurator, you can first select the material for the top and bottom of the key.
Available in leather, Race-Tex, or painted finish.
Of course, in addition to changing the material, you can also specify the color, so this time I'd like to color-code it to make it easier to understand.
The material is leather on both the top and bottom, and if you change the color of the top and bottom, it looks like this↓
After specifying the second key, you then specify the material and color of the part that will become the key case (the red part in this case).
The key case is also shaped like this (red part) ↓
You can also choose whether to put the logo on the strap attached to the key case as "PORSCHE" or "Cayenne" (as well as the color).
Finally, you can even specify the color of the stitching on the strap.
Can you see that the stitching on the strap has turned blue?

Well, I'll say it again just to make it clear that I used easy-to-understand colors to make it easier to see the parts that can be changed, but this is not the ideal key design that I personally consider to be ideal.
Having said that, I actually found it cute when I made it flashy with different colors like this, so if I'm going to go to the trouble of configuring it, it might be cuter if it's flashy ^^
The price for this option to change the key design was $770.
I was building it using an overseas configurator, but on the Japanese configurator, this option (with key case) was priced at 104,000 yen.
It's quite a high price.
There were personalized key options for the 911 and other models, but I don't think they were in this shape.
Perhaps this type of car (key chains and other customizable parts) will be reflected in the 911 and other models in the future?
