Given that there will likely be a lot of new Taycans, Macans, 911s, and Panamera PHEVs coming out in the fourth quarter, these figures don't seem all that pessimistic.

Porsche Certified Pre-Owned Cars are Doing Very Well
Porsche's certified pre-owned (CPO) sales in the U.S. for the third quarter were 10,962, bringing the total from Q1 to Q3 to 31,427. This figure represents an increase of 101 TPP1T compared to the same period last year.
- Q1 2024: 10,372 units
- Q2 2024: 10,093 units
- Q3 2024: 10,962 units
Porsche's overall third-quarter figures were also sluggish, likely due to limited product availability, so perhaps the lack of availability of new cars in the U.S. led to a rise in test drive orders for used cars.
