After a quick tour of PEC Tokyo, it was time to make a reservation, so I went to the brunch buffet at Restaurant 906, which I was looking for this time.
It seems that it is the first attempt to hold a buffet at PEC Tokyo.
In the future, it seems that there will be a buffet only on Sunday brunch after GW or something like that.
For the time being, it will be held only for 4 days out of GW.
It is a buffet style that you go to pick up yourself (alcohol disinfection, wearing a mask, wearing vinyl gloves is required when taking it), other than that, chef's special smoothie with kale etc. if you wish to take an order I chose fried egg or hot spring egg and got the one I like.
Basically, it was a "Western" buffet, but there was also chilled Chinese. It was the first time in my life to eat chilled Chinese with a fork ^^
Also, it's okay, but the fried egg that was served to me stood out.
It wasn't a production, it was just a coincidence, but it turned out to be "Oo" (laughs). Hmm, I'm sorry it doesn't really matter ^^
Oh yeah, after that, when PEC Tokyo opened, some people who used this restaurant said, "The taste was lighter overall", but it is stronger than that time. I think that it was seasoned with.
In addition, salt and pepper were also placed on the table, so when it gets hot from now on, "a person who participates in a driving program and sweats and is not enough salt" and "waiting for that person in the facility and sweating" I thought that this would still solve the difference in taste that people who don't have.
In fact, when it gets hot from now on, I think that the amount of salt required will change considerably between those who have completed the program and those who have been waiting in the air conditioner for a long time.

I met Mr. Shunsuke Sato, a racing driver. I was a driving program instructor at PEC Tokyo on that day.
Mr. Shunsuke Sato, who has been the champion in the 2019 Super Taikyu, will also participate in this year's Super Taikyu (FSW24h).

Before I met Porsche, I didn't know any racing driver, but now, if it's a driver I've talked to once, this is Super Taikyu. I don't know how many people are participating in the race.
