- The Bugatti-Rimac joint venture is based in Svetanederha, Croatia
- Porsche AG plays a major role in positioning as a strategic partner
- Porsche CEO Oliver Blume and CEO Lutzmeschke join the Bugatti-Rimac Audit & Supervisory Board
- Bugatti-Rimac is owned by Rimac Group (55%) and Porsche AG (45%)
- Within the joint venture, Bugatti and Rimac will continue to operate as independent brands and manufacturers.
- Maintaining production bases and distribution channels in Zagreb, Croatia and Molsheim, France
- Current Bugatti CEO Stephan Winkelmann resigned on October 31, 2021 and later became president of Lamborghini.
- The venture's new management team will include former Bugatti Production Manager and Co-Managing Director Christoph Piocheon (Chief Operating Officer)

- The move to the new Rimac campus, which is currently under construction at a cost of € 200 million, is planned for 2023.
