Porsche's fully electric EV Macan has been covered by American media.Motorweek Drivers' Choice AwardsIt won the Best EV Award.
To be eligible for the awards, all vehicles must first go through Motor Week's testing process, and candidates must excel in multiple dimensions within their respective segment.
During the selection process, Motor Week was very impressed with the EV Macan, with Motor Week founder and presenter John Davis saying:
- The Porsche Macan Electric is a major attempt to acclimate fans of the company's most popular model to the electric future, and after driving the Macan EV, we think it hits the spot.
- Four trim levels are available, all with commendable mileage, and the turbo has 630 horsepower and the same mileage.
- It's also worth noting that all electric Macans come equipped with air suspension with Porsche Active Suspension Management as standard.
- The 52/48 weight distribution, combined with a low centre of gravity, ensures that the electric Macan performs on every level and is unmistakably designed as a pure Porsche.
By the way, the photo of the Macan EV sandwiched in between is the Macan Turbo EV in "Copper Ruby Metallic."
The EV Macan has already won various awards, so I think it is truly appreciated. I'd like to drive it once.
