I was participating in the Porsche 911 Cabriolet (992 type), so I think it was the final group called H7 because it is a relatively new model.

Unlike yesterday's shuttle bus, this day I went to PEC Tokyo with my 911.

Oh~ I was a little moved to be able to enter the course of PEC Tokyo with my own car.

Of course, just because you entered the course doesn't mean you can drive normally. I was excited.

Regarding the parking position of the car, there may be a separate guide for special vehicles, and the parking situation in the dynamic area may be slightly different, but the car parked on the handling truck where I parked. We seemed to stop in the order we arrived.

My meeting time was from 9:20 to 9:40. Broken down vehicle (motorcycle)? It seems that there was a little new traffic jam, and the arrival was a little late at about 9:55.

Perhaps because of that, there were only four other cars behind our car, so we were the fifth to last entry.

Each car has its own personality, and it was fun to look around and see each one.

First of all, I checked in at the Porsche Garage, which is usually called the dynamic area where you can experience the launch and slalom.

Various Porsches are also exhibited in the dynamic area.

Of course, there are also new models inside, so I think that anyone who likes and is interested in Porsche of any era could have enjoyed looking at any area.

When I participated in the Porsche garage frame, I was able to get breakfast, lunch and drinks for free.

Soft pretzels for Japan for breakfast. And for lunch, Maisen's cutlet sandwich and potato salad sandwich.

Maisen is a cutlet sandwich, so when I bought it myself, I had only bought a cutlet sandwich, but the potato salad sandwich was also delicious ^ ^

For those who participated in the Porsche garage frame, 278 cars on June 3rd and 340 cars on June 4th.

A total of 618 Porsches were gathered at this PEC Tokyo venue over the two days.

Then, when I was walking while glancing at the main stage, I was stopped by the dealer group (EBI) who is in charge of the classics that I usually take care of.

"Ah, hello~" I just greeted her normally... but then she told me, "Jackie is over there right now! She hasn't noticed much yet, so maybe we can take a picture together now!" It is.

Yeah, it's so miraculous.

When I turned around in a hurry, Mr. Jacky Ix, who was really there naturally and normally. A legendary driver who has won Le Mans six times and has also won the Paris-Dakar Rally.

Not only did we take pictures with them, but we also got their autographs. happy!

But here's a painful mistake.

Mr. Jackie, you only signed your name, but I wanted you to put the date as well, so I brazenly asked, "If you don't mind, could you put the date as well?"

"Ok, what day is it today?" I was completely overwhelmed and confused, having attended the event yesterday as well, and with absolute confidence, "June 3! and answered.

It wasn't long after I received the autograph that I realized that I made a mistake in the date, so I couldn't tell Jackie about the mistake, and I'm sorry that I told her the wrong thing. sorry.

And on this day, I was able to meet many friends at PEC Tokyo, and one of them brought a book by Jacky Ickx and signed it. I had received it.

Too perfect! Way to go.

Any other car parts? There were people who were able to bring it in and sign it, and I was impressed by the variety of things prepared by everyone.

I think it would be really great to have Jackie Ickx-related things signed by him. I'm impressed just by signing the autograph book ^ ^

Pors Cayenne & 911 Dakar with Jackie Ickx Japan Premier

While I was doing that, the Japan premiere of Cayenne & Dakar started on this day, so I went to the main stage.

The video at the Japan premiere was produced in collaboration with the car graphic TV production team of the car magazine "CG (car graphic)", and the opening theme is "THE THEME OF WINNER" by Masataka Matsutoya.

And the narration was voice actor Toru Furuya, and there was an introduction such as successive Porsche 911.

Finally, the appearance of the Dakar.

Mr. Philipp von Witzendorf, president of Porsche Japan, and Mr. Jacky Ickx from the passenger seat have been driving the Dakar.

Mr. Ickx looks quite old, but even so, when he stood in front of the Dakar and talked about it, he had such dignity that he could start off-roading even now, and it was really cool.

Okay, lunch break.

When we came to check it out (?) the day before, we thought it would be better to bring a chair to rest, so we brought a chair and a table, so we set them up... and, surprisingly, the eyes of our car. Porsche was setting up a tent just before.

I brought a lot of frozen plastic bottles and sweets, so I felt like I was on a picnic all at once.

Moreover, everyone wasn't in the tent all the time, so I feel like they were used in a good way.

In fact, when we evacuated and came back next time, other people were using it.

When I was relaxing on a chair in the shade, I felt like I was going to settle down, so I went back to the main stage after a while.

Porsche Garage Award

When I came back, the Porsche Garage was awarding.

At the Porsche Garage, various awards were given to the cars of the Porsche Garage participants from among the participating vehicles.

The awards are 3 categories of "Exciting / Performance / Heritage" selected by Porsche Japan, and 2 categories of "Passion / Colorful" voted by Porsche Garage participants for a total of 5 categories (held on June 3rd and 4th respectively) ).

At the back of the main stage, the new Cayenne and Dakar are also on display, as they have already been unveiled on this day.

The difference between the Dakar exhibited today and the Dakar exhibited yesterday is that Jackie's signature is on the bonnet.

We decided to stay until the end of the event, so we headed back to the car to meet one last person we wanted to meet.

As a member of the H7 group, we were supposed to be able to move out around 20:45, but on that day, many people were sick (??) and many had already gone home. It was around 18:30 when the last car of us was guided home after the event ended at 18:00.

Of course, there is a charge for food such as kitchen cars, but there is no event participation fee (entrance fee), food is provided free of charge in the garage frame, and the drift / off-road experience is also free, so it was a "free event".
