PlayStation 5 game "Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet"
The first trailer for the PlayStation 5 game "Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet" was unveiled at The Game Awards 2024.
The main character is a bounty hunter named Jordan A. Mun who operates in space. Jordan arrives at a planet called Semiria, but finds that there has been no communication with the planet for over 600 years, and no one has ever left the planet during that time.
Various stories will unfold from there, but in terms of the broader worldview, director Neil Druckmann told The New York Times that Jordan's story will center around a fictional religion and explore what happens when people place their faith in various organizations.
Some scenes inspired by AKIRA etc.
He also explained that the film is set in an alternate future where space travel has advanced considerably by the 1980s.
To that end, Jordan's spaceship will feature some retro-future elements, such as a CD player that plays Pet Shop Boys' "It's a Sin" and a CRT television for watching cartoons.
It has been said that the production team got a lot of inspiration from anime such as "AKIRA" and "Cowboy Bebop", and fans have even pointed out that some details in the trailer are homages to "AKIRA" (such as Jordan's red jacket and the CD player on the spaceship).

Porsche 984 Tempest NDX
And as you can see in this video, her (the protagonist's) spaceship this time is made by Porsche.
It is red in color, just like AKIRA's bike.
The back of the spaceship has the PORSCHE logo on it, and the name of the ship is said to be "Porsche 984 Tempest NDX."

If you look closely, you may have noticed, for just a moment, that there is another Porsche in the picture besides the Porsche logo on the rear of the spaceship.
It was only for a moment, but the control stick... in other words, the equivalent of a steering wheel on a Porsche, looks like it has the Porsche crest in the center ^^!
At this time, there is no information yet on when the game will be released.
If I were playing the game, I'd probably find myself closely searching for anything else Porsche-like about each spaceship that appeared (laughs).
