"1861Tokyo is a restaurant and bar located in Ginza 7-chome.

I knew of its existence and thought I'd like to visit it once, but I've never been there before.

1861 is a lounge (restaurant) exclusively for customers of Corn's and operates by reservation only. I would like to write about that time.

So, first of all, I will look for a shop in Ginza 7-chome.

It was there.

It's hard to understand at first glance, but if you look closely, the letters "1861" on the door.

I had no idea what the inside of the restaurant was like, or what kind of atmosphere the restaurant had, so I nervously opened the door...

oh. Ferrari in front of me.

After telling the name to the manager, first of all, I was allowed to look at the wine cellars (cellars & decorations) surrounding this Ferrari.

Originally, there may be many customers who have more fashionable conversations at this place, but the moment I saw this situation

"The staff who put the car here is good at it!"

And (Huh, is that there?) I started with an impression... (laughs).

Because the space where you can park your car surrounded by the wine cellar inside this store is not so wide, and it seems that you can't enter the store straight from the road outside.

First of all, you will be guided to the 2nd floor where there is a private room.

The walls surrounding the stairs are lined with miniature cars made by manufacturers handled by Mr. Corns.

The dinner on this day is limited to 4 groups per day, so this time we had a total of 2 people participating alone and 2 pairs participating (one of which was a couple). It seemed to be a meal for 6 people.

I didn't know what kind of people the other 4 people were, so I was a little nervous, but I thought that if they were Corn's customers, they would be nice people, so I was more excited to meet new people.

Since there was a bit of a waiting time between the opening of the door to dinner and the start of dinner, we started with champagne first.

I learned about this champagne from the news about American rapper Jay-Z (Beyoncé's husband), so I looked it up and found out that it's a popular champagne in Japan at host clubs. So...^^

It was very drinkable and delicious.

I drink alcohol, but I'm a little weak to champagne (sparkling wine).

...but I drank this champagne so smoothly that I didn't even know how many glasses I had.

While doing so, I was told that the other people would be a little late, so they gave me an amuse bouche, and I drank more and more (laughs).

On this day, as a guest speaker, Mr. Max Maconachy, a Hennessy brand ambassador, explained about alcohol, and at this time he also explained that this Armand is known as a "symbol of success". I did.

When I was drunk, another participant came, so I said hello and started drinking with three people from here.

After drinking a lot, the other three people seemed to be a little late, so we decided to start dinner with the three of us.

My favorite burrata cheese came out from the beginning and it's already great.

The three of us drank more and more, talked about various things, and it was already too much fun.

The person I was able to work with was really fun to talk to and had experienced a world I had no knowledge of, so everything I heard was fresh and exciting.

By the way, if you order Armand from the host club, it costs 300,000 to 400,000 yen per bottle. Osoroshii. (...it was fun to hear stories about various worlds!) * Of course, the fixed price is not so much.

After a while, 3 people came late, and finally we had 6 members for this day.

But by the time we got together, the three of us who had been there from the beginning were already in a good mood, so even those who came later were surprised by the atmosphere of a lively drinking party from the beginning, so everyone had already known each other from the beginning. We started drinking together so naturally that I wondered if it was ^ ^

Ao Yun 2018: Ao Yun

White wine came out next.

Surprisingly made in China (Yunnan). This wine, called Ao Yun, is said to be very few in the market, and it is the first time that MHD has wholesaled it in Japan in 1861, and this wine has been eaten in the country. There are almost no people.

What is such a rare wine?

It was very delicious with a refreshing taste that was not sweet.

Full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon 98% (Malbec 2%), from Napa Valley. This was also delicious.

Both meals were very delicious.

Originally, Hennessy brand ambassador Max might have come to the room more and explained various things, but it was too much excitement because there were more conversations between participants. , I felt sorry that Max didn't have enough time to explain.

I had such a fun time with everyone that I couldn't believe I met them for the first time.

Everyone is powerful and positive, anyway, I felt like I received a lot of power on this day ^ ^

I'm always grateful for the wonderful encounters I've had through the car, but on this day, I thought it would be a wonderful encounter through delicious alcohol and food.

Paradis means paradise (Pradis in French), and it is a rare and valuable brandy (cognac) that is a blend of more than 100 types of brandies aged 25 to 130 years.

It smelled good and tasted great.

It's 40% alcohol, so I can't drink too much, but I'm still enjoying it little by little... but before I knew it, everyone had emptied the bottle (laughs). Too delicious.

It was really delicious and fun time from anything to anything.

After all, we started drinking at 17:00 in the evening, and it was past 23:00 when we said goodbye to everyone. But it was so fast that I couldn't believe that more than 6 hours had passed.

On this day, I was able to listen to the story of a person who is living a life that gives me the power to live more positively than ever before. I wanted to live my life happily.

There is also a bar counter on the 1st floor, where you can have a light meal (there is no menu, and if you ask for something, they will leave it to you), so it might be a good idea to stop by for a drink next time. I thought ^ ^
